The fourth annual Lowcountry Hoedown returns to The Visitor Center Bus Shed in downtown Charleston from 7-11 p.m. The all-inclusive shindig will feature an impressive lineup of restaurants, distilleries, breweries and bands showcasing the best of the South. It’s time to dig out your plaid shirt and cowboy boots and prepare for a boot stompin’ good time!
Event proceeds benefit Lowcountry AIDS Services.
Advance tickets (through Nov. 6, 2015) are $50 each.
Charleston Coffee Cup

Celebrate Charleston’s coffee culture at the second Charleston Coffee Cup from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 8 at the Cedar Room at the Cigar Factory. A portion of the ticket proceeds will benefit Lowcountry AIDS Services. Local and regional roasters and local coffee shops will be brewing up favorites. And baristas will face off in a latte art challenge. Tickets are $12 in advance.
Charleston arts and culture festival Kulture Klash presented by Avita’s MedExpress Pharmacy was an incredible night of music, art and dance. This event — a collaboration among Big Hair Productions, The Event Cooperative and Lowcountry AIDS Services — will be back in 2016 so watch for details in late 2015.
